Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free US Shipping
On all domestic orders over $100. Flat rate of $5.99 on orders below the threshold.
International Shipping
Available to select countries. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Processing Time
1–3 business days before dispatch. Weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.
Order Tracking
Tracking number emailed upon dispatch. Allow 24 hours for carrier updates to appear.
1. Order Processing
All apparel orders placed on goomniflow.com are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) may be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM MT or over the weekend begin processing the following Monday.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $100. $5.99 flat rate on orders below $100.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99 flat rate, available at checkout.
- Overnight / Next-Day Shipping: Available for select locations. Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
3. International Shipping
OMNI FLOW LLC ships to select international destinations. International shipping is available at checkout where eligible. The following applies to all international orders:
- Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility. OMNI FLOW LLC is not responsible for these costs and cannot predict their amount.
- Delivery Timelines: International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, which are outside of our control.
- Restricted Destinations: We do not ship to countries subject to US trade sanctions or export restrictions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

5. Shipping Carriers
OMNI FLOW LLC ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination, package weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout. The carrier for your order will be identified in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
OMNI FLOW LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management — packages are sometimes left with them.
- Check all delivery areas around your address (porch, garage, side entrance).
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before final drop-off.
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will file a carrier claim on your behalf.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goomniflow.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. OMNI FLOW LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@goomniflow.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
9. Returns & Refunds
For information about returning items and our refund policy, please see our Refund & Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition.
10. Holiday Shipping Cutoffs
To ensure timely delivery during peak holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders by the following estimated cutoff dates. Exact cutoffs are announced on the Site each year as the season approaches.
- Standard Shipping: Order by approximately December 15 for delivery before December 25 (domestic US).
- Expedited Shipping: Order by approximately December 19 for delivery before December 25 (domestic US, select locations).
- International Orders: Order at least 3–4 weeks in advance during holiday periods due to extended customs processing times.
We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates during high-volume periods. We strongly recommend ordering early. Official cutoff dates for each holiday season will be posted at the top of our Site when available.
11. Sustainability Note
At OMNI FLOW LLC, we recognize that how a product arrives matters as much as the product itself. We are actively working toward more responsible packaging practices, including:
- Reduced Plastic: Transitioning away from single-use plastic polybags toward recyclable and compostable alternatives where operationally feasible.
- Right-Sized Packaging: Using packaging sized to the order to minimize material waste and dimensional weight shipping fees.
- Recycled Materials: Prioritizing packaging suppliers who use post-consumer recycled content in boxes, tissue, and filler material.
This is an ongoing commitment, not a finished initiative. We will update this section as our packaging practices evolve. If sustainability matters to you as a customer, it matters to us too.
