Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Window
Return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
5–10 Day Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Our Error, Our Cost
Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded with a prepaid label — free.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed — no signs of use, odors, or alterations.
- Original tags attached and intact.
- In original packaging where applicable.
- Not a final-sale or clearance item (clearly marked at time of purchase).
- Not a customized or personalized item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags.
- Gift cards or store credits.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goomniflow.com with your order number and photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email support@goomniflow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary. If the refund still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@goomniflow.com and we will trace it with our payment processor.
